As people clock in or out by using our Biometric Finger Reader or our Biometric Face Reading system the In Out Board is automatically updated to show the In out Status of each staff member.
A simple drop down allows you to view one department or the whole organisation. The list is automatically sorted into surname order. Entering the first few digits on any surname into the surname box will position the cursor to show the list from surnames starting with the digits entered in the surname box.
This is an ideal tool for those answering phones to see if the person they are looking for is in the building.
