Each client has the choice to receive these commendations by one or more of the following methods:-

- Both SMS Text and Email
- Letter (If you choose to do letters)
Our system will then send an SMS Text or email electronically or print a letter for posting automatically. SMS Text messages are sent out electronically over the internet so there is no need for an additional mobile phone or SIM card. SMS Texts cost from 4p each depending on volume. There are no service charges for using our SMS Text service.
