Welsh National Opera - BOSMark System - Box Office Sales & Marketing System

wno We have been commissioned by the Arts Council to develop a system for Welsh National Opera to collect on a daily basis Ticket Sales information from Box Offices around the Country.

Daily sales are e-mailed to WNO where they are imported and consolidated to provide an accurate picture of performance sales and Patron profiles.

All the collected data is help in a SQL Server database based in WNO's office in Cardiff.

Extensive reports are available to track behaviour patterns of Patrons, Venues and Performances.
